We drove by this seal at Hau'ula beach many many times.  There was caution tape all around it so we figured it was dead.  After 3 weeks we finally decided to stop and see what the deal was with the seal. We learned it wasn't dead.  The sign hanging from the caution tape said, "Shhh.  I'm sleeping."

Special Temple Trip
